Warranty Coverage
Structural Warranty (4 Years)
Vetra Forged offers a structural warranty for a period of four (4) years from the warranty start date. If any structural issue such as air leakage, cracking, or breakage occurs under normal use and non-human causes, please contact us for evaluation. Upon confirmation, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Note: This warranty does not cover wheel deformation, including damage from impact, over-torque, off-road use, or improper installation.
Finish Warranty (2 Years)
A two (2) year warranty is provided for finish defects, including paint corrosion or peeling, resulting solely from non-human factors. If confirmed, Vetra Forged will provide a resolution, at our discretion.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Cosmetic damage, scratches, curb rash, or finish issues caused by road hazards or human error
- Improper installation, including incorrect torque settings or incompatible hardware
- Exposure to harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
- Use of clip-on wheel weights (stick-on weights only are permitted)
- Continued use after an issue is discovered
- Wheels modified, refinished, or repaired by a third party without written approval
Warranty Period
The warranty period begins from the date of purchase if valid proof of purchase is provided. If no proof of purchase is available, the warranty will begin from the production date of the wheel.
Important Disclaimer
All warranty claims must be submitted to Vetra Forged for inspection and verification. Warranty assessments, including approval or denial, are subject to the final discretion of Vetra Forged.
Fitment Disclaimer: Vetra Forged is not responsible for fitment issues resulting from wheel specifications provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate measurements and vehicle compatibility prior to order placement.

Refund & Order Policy
No refunds or returns are accepted for any orders once placed. All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.
Customers have three (3) days from the time of placing their order to request any changes. While we will make every effort to accommodate modifications, we cannot guarantee approval.
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
Any production timelines, shipping estimates, or delivery dates provided by Vetra Forged are approximations only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has shipped and has left our facility, delivery is handled entirely by third-party courier services. Vetra Forged is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, port congestion, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
While we will make every reasonable effort to assist with shipment tracking, communication, and support, we cannot control or guarantee transit times once the shipment is in the carrier’s possession.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that shipping delays may occur and do not constitute grounds for order cancellation, refunds, or chargebacks.
